For the past 10 years Oasis Greens and Grass has been recognized as one of the benchmark companies in Southern California. Based in North County San Diego, we operate as a subsidiary to Schaefer Construction Company, one of the most well known hardscape contractors in Southern California. When we founded the company back in 1998 we were one of only two organizations in San Diego County that installed alternative golf greens. Only in the past 3 years or so has the alternative grass market become extremely popular. Not only do we have a vast amount of experience, we design, build, and construct our putting greens and sod grass products to enhance the beauty and functionality of your residence or business. We have won numerous awards from our turf manufacturer such as Veteran Dealership of the Year and National Green Designer of the Year. We install Mirage Golf Turf and Lazy Lawn Sod Grass, the finest alternative turf in the world!

We take the time to incorporate all of our designs into your existing landscape such that they look as if they were suppose to be there from beginning! We use the best construction materials available and we don't cut corners in any aspect of our installations. Company History

Experience! With 10 years of experience in the industry we have performed installations at some of the most spectacular residences in Southern California as well as for some of the most prestigious businesses. That doesn't mean, however, that if you live in a town home or have a smaller yard that you can't utilize our services. No yard is too small or too big! As a matter of fact, the majority of our clients have average to smaller sized residences and yards. With over 1,000 putting greens and lawns installed we have a satisfied client base that is second to none!

Quality, Quality, Quality! This is what you will get from us and nothing less! We will never sacrifice quality for quantity. We minimize the number of jobs we take on annually so that we can be sure every installation is the absolute best it can be. Once we start a job we don't stop unitl we are done. Unlike many construction trade companies, we never leave the site in the middle of a project to work on another job. This way we can concentrate on every detail of the installation at hand and make sure that it is completed in a timely manner.

Thorough! Every quote we provide our prospective clients is turn-key. In other words, we won't mysteriously add a charge for this or that after commencement of the installation. What you see in our proposals is what you will get when we complete construction. Additionally, we quote based on the finished, useable square footage of the product and not the amount of material it will take to construct the project.

Knowledge! All of our installers have been personally trained by the owner of Oasis Greens and Grass, Eric Van Tassel. Mr. Van Tassel is one of the leading experts in the industry with 10 years of experience. He is a mentor and trainer for several of the new Mirage dealerships nationwide and has pioneered many of the installation techinques utilized by the Mirage Dealership Network throughout the world. Oasis Greens and Grass was the first ever dealer for Mirage Putting Greens International and Lazy Lawn International, founded in 1998.

Honesty! Every estimate we perform is done so with a device called the DG-1 Digital Geometer. The DG-1 is a state of the art measuring device that automatically calculates the square footage of odd shapes. It is a computer attached to a wheel that we navigate around the designated construction area to precisely calculate square footage. There is no guesswork involved as the DG-1 is extremely accurate This gives our customers peace of mind knowing that the calculation will be accurate.

Customer Service! The absolute, number one, most important aspect of our business is YOU! Without you we wouldn't be what we are today! We are driven to go above and beyond for every one of our customers! If you aren't happy then we aren't happy. If there is a problem we will fix it. If you have a question about anything we will always give you an honest answer. If you want to know how we do something we will tell you. We have a referral program that our clients absolutely rave about! For every customer a client brings us we will compensate them for that with a referral fee that is written into the contract or via the old fashioned way...cash! We don't need to hire a large sales force because we already have one...YOU!
